ABOUT US
Meet Our Team
In 2021, Mrs. P Stitches began in the quiet corner of a small bedroom, where late nights, careful stitches, and big dreams slowly took shape. What started as a humble, part-time passion at home has now grown into our very first store this February, built on heart, craftsmanship, and unwavering belief.
Ping
Co-Founder & Master Tailor
Mrs. P Stitches was founded by a mother-and-daughter-in-law duo—and Ping is the master tailor behind the craftsmanship brides trust. Her professional career began over 40 years ago, working with brands such as Club Monaco, Levi’s, Lululemon, and many others. Over decades, she’s refined a signature approach defined by precision, patience, and an expert eye for fit—preserving the integrity of each gown while tailoring it to feel effortless, comfortable, and beautifully personal.
When Ping isn’t in the studio, she’s often in the kitchen—an accomplished home chef who loves hosting dinner parties and feeding the people she cares about. Her love language is in her work: creating magical fits for brides, and cooking meals that make people feel welcomed, cared for, and celebrated. Sewing, to Ping, is more than a skill—it’s an art the world can always use more of.

Susanna
Co-Founder & Head of Operations
Susanna is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Mrs. P Stitches, helping build the studio on care, consistency, and the kind of hospitality that makes people feel instantly at ease. With a background in hospitality and sales, she brings a steady, human touch to every bride’s journey—creating a calm, guided experience where details are handled with intention and each client feels genuinely supported from the first fitting to the final moment.
When Susanna isn’t in the studio, she applies that same passion for personalized experiences in the travel world, managing over 25 properties across North America and designing stays that feel warm, elevated, and effortless. As a special perk, Mrs. P Stitches brides receive an exclusive discount on all properties in Dallas and Toronto—visit our travel page for details. Outside of work, she’s a proud dog mom to Bear, her beloved Pomeranian and constant sidekick.
Victoria
Senior Seamstress & Dressmaker
Victoria is a seamstress and dressmaker trained in Fashion Design at Toronto Metropolitan University, with a lifelong foundation in sewing (she began at age 8) with 10 years of hands-on experience in the bridal industry. She specializes in wedding gown alterations—refining fit through the bodice, reshaping and supporting structure, working with delicate fabrics, and finishing details cleanly and discreetly—so dresses feel secure, comfortable, and beautifully tailored in photos and in motion.
Her background includes custom gown construction, tailoring, and detailed handwork, giving her the technical range to handle everything from precise fit adjustments to more involved customizations. She has also worked in luxury figure skating costuming, where precision, durability, and flawless finishes are essential—skills that translate directly to bridal. Victoria is excited to bring her craftsmanship and care to the Mrs. P Stitches team and collaborate with each bride to ensure her dress fits perfectly and feels like her own.

Most alteration studios focus on sewing.
We focus on stewardship.
Every bride who enters our atelier is guided through a structured, professional process designed to eliminate uncertainty and protect her gown at every stage.
From first fitting to final pickup, every measurement, note, and decision is documented.
Every alteration is reviewed.
Every approval is confirmed.
We built systems not to feel corporate — but to feel calm.
Because bridal stress should never come from your seamstress.
